HOW DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?
My coaching sessions always take place over the phone. This makes coaching
really convenient for you, fitting in with your life as travel and other
distractions such as dress and environment are just not important.
At a pre-arranged time you will call me and we will discuss an aspect
of your life that you want to work on. Each session lasts up to one hour
and I will give you email support in between our calls.
During our coaching sessions I will:
help you to work out what it is that
you want to change
help you to clarify the options and
possibilities that are open to you
help you to work out a realistic and
achievable plan of action
motivate and encourage you to achieve
whatever it is that you want
discuss with you and help you to overcome
any fears and anxieties that may be holding you back
help you to feel positive about yourself
and the life you want to create
support you as you make it happen
Usually, at the end of each session you will have agreed some things
to work on before our next session. These actions will form the steps
towards achieving your aims.
